• For international orders, we work with partners such as Bulpost, DHL, DPD, and others, depending on the destination.

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the weight, size, and destination of the order.

• For orders over a certain amount, we may offer free shipping — please check our current terms and promotions.

• We ship to most countries within Europe.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes, if applicable in the destination country.

• Standard international delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination, usually between 5–12 business days.

If you do not receive your order within:

• 10 business days (for deliveries within Bulgaria), or

• 20 business days (for international deliveries),
