Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Anegami Ltd.! We strive to create products that are practical, beautiful, and sustainable. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can take advantage of our return policy.
RETURNS
You may return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery if the following conditions are met:

The product has not been used, washed, or damaged and is in resaleable condition

The original packaging is preserved, where applicable

A receipt or order number is provided
Products made to order or personalized items (e.g. with custom details) cannot be returned, unless they are defective or incorrect.
RETURN PROCEDURE

Send us an email at anegamillions@gmail.com with the subject line “Order Return”, including your order number, the product(s), and the reason for return.

You will receive a confirmation and the return address.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part (wrong product sent).
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days, using the same payment method as the original order.
In case of a partial return (e.g. one item from a set), only the corresponding amount for the returned item will be refunded.
